3M™ 7000005878 Flame-Retardant Electrical IDC, 18 to 16 AWG, 14 AWG Wire Stranded Wire

Quickly identify your taps, splices and connectors with this 3M™ Scotchlok™ 560 IDC Double Run or Tap Connector. It's colored blue so you can easily check that you have the right wire for the job, and the polypropylene shielding ensures it's easy to secure and reduces the risk of electrical leakage. The self-stripping connector takes mere moments to add to a line. As the brass connectors bite into the wire, they create a solid connection between the 2 wires, and tin plating means that the surface resists corrosion. As well as being useful in industrial settings, the connectors are great for a variety of automotive and marine environments as well as in buildings and for signage. Because it's flame retardant and suitable for use in temperatures upto 221 deg F (105 deg C), it resists thermal shock, and it's also UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
