How do I check the status of my order?
If you have an account or create an account when you order, you can track your order status anytime by clicking My Account at the top of the page.


If you ordered as a guest user, please contact our website support team to get the status of your order.


How is freight calculated?
Freight is calculated by the total weight of the items in your cart. The freight provided during the checkout process is an estimate. Once your order is submitted, our team will verify that the freight charged is accurate. In the rare case that freight needs to be adjusted, we will contact you. Adjustments may be required for oversized items, items over 150 lb or pipe/tubing.


What is your Return Policy?

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order and are subject to restock and return shipping fees as detailed below.


Standard Returns
Any in-stock product that is shipped from a BPS Supply Group-owned warehouse and returned within the return window, in original condition will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping costs are not refundable.


Items Shipped from Vendor Facilities
Items shipped direct from a manufacturer or partner facility are subject to their restock fees.


Customized Products
Any product that is customized to your requests at the time of purchase cannot be returned. Our customer service team is available to review your order for potential exceptions.


Special Order Items
Special order non-stock items cannot be returned. Our customer service team is available to review your order for potential exceptions.


Incorrect or Damaged Materials
If there was an error in product, quality or quantity please contact our customer service team for refund or replacement.


Return Process
Step 1: Complete Return Request Form within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form via email to include in the package when you ship it back to us. RMAs are required for all returns. The RMA will include the return address.
Step 3: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the RMA. The item must be returned to the facility provided within 10 business days.
Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number once the item has shipped via email. As soon as we receive the material back, the warehouse will restock it and a refund will be issued.


How are backordered items handled?

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, one of our Product Experts will contact you with availability dates and/or options for an in-stock substitute.


Do you charge sales tax?

BPS Supply Group collects sales tax in states where it is required by law.
