The 13 mil thick tape is composed of a high quality cotton fabric, coated on both sides with an electrical-grade, solvent-free, rubber adhesive. 3M™ Temflex™ friction tape 1755 has high break strength and low stretch, making it ideal as a heavy duty binding and harnessing tape.
